Publication edition 2026.10.7

Adds twelve synthetic dossiers, a sixteen-area proof index, a responsibility map, Engineering Methodology, and strict public evidence validation. Freezes all predecessor asset and source-companion URLs. My biography is byte-identical. See the correction ledger.

Source-review remediation qualifies historical examination dates and my account of customer operation, separates actual reference observation identity from deterministic packaging, derives successor analytics identity/routes, and narrows the description of removed metadata. The new public receipt supports explicit exact-package reproduction; every new canonical rerun retains its own execution times. Release requires independent review of the corrected source and my final approval of the exact bundle and destination.

Edition descriptions and release requirements use wording that remains valid for the exact approved bytes. Header accessible names include their visible labels, with the contents control named when its responsive caption is hidden.

Publication edition 2026.10.6

The overview and AI discovery text state Cuttlefish and Freehold's live production status directly. Published inspection records retain their dates and scope. The homepage uses the collection's full browser and share title, descriptive research summary, and a dedicated publication identity image.

Andrew Durden is identified consistently in the citation, rights notice, website, complete text and PDF covers and metadata. The Author page presents his complete first-person account of his background, AI collaboration, engineering responsibility, production systems and reasons for sharing the research. Cross-document PDF references use HTTPS publication routes, while internal bookmarks are retained. Complete-history and PDF object checks reject shallow audits and unsafe file actions. These corrections preserve the sixteen papers, their assertions, source lineage and public continuity reference.

The collection retains all sixteen full papers and adds dated implementation evidence for the actual Freehold engine and Cuttlefish host. Fresh authenticated image metadata is distinguished from retained workload readiness and source-only behavior. Product presence does not stand in for a behavioral or formal guarantee.

An original public continuity reference exercises a real process exit after a controlled external witness commits, restart reconciliation, sequential and concurrent replay, scope, revocation, and tampered evidence. Eleven checks have explicit expected observations. Its destination contract and assurance limits remain separate from private production evidence.

A claim register connects material assertions with exact public text, source editions, methods, and exclusions. A primary-source prior-art comparison covers authorization, agent evaluation, provenance, RPC, durable execution, formal methods, and semantic representation. All previously qualified scientific ceilings remain. The Semantic OS comparison preserves both historical and present fingerprints; their difference is limited to Markdown table spacing.

The website adds evidence and review routes, accessible original technical diagrams, the same full public text for readers and AI reviewers, and edition-specific downloads. The compact typography, unboxed overview, and fixed reading trail are retained. Deterministic build time, positive file selection, full distribution scanning, and hash-bound manual deployment strengthen publication integrity.

The research exposition now states bounded reference results and conditional arguments with their premises, checked domains, outcomes, and attribution. MIRAGE includes its reported interruption cases; the thesis and RCFS provide inspectable derivations; AD8 identifies three finite formal studies and their controls. CSSL defines the observations permitted by coordinated change and explains the construction requirements supporting its stronger claims.

The topic papers define behavioral grouping, occurrence and authorization, processing locality, evaluation and recording scope, institutional influence and negotiated participation, calibration reassessment, accessible capability, and qualification of experience for governed reuse. Matrices and conceptual cases make these distinctions assessable within their stated scope.

The source map pins each of the 73 document snapshots and its qualification route. The glossary distinguishes IC/POAR implementation terminology from effect occurrence and audience views, and specifies idempotency precisely. The collected volume opens with a compact reading map; detailed navigation and the complete text are retained. Bundled source links support local review without requiring an account or a remote publication. Search loads the matching content snapshot across repeat visits to a rebuilt edition. The overview now explains the collection and offers clear reading routes. A compact header, responsive cards, and consistent typography support desktop and mobile reading. Page contents open on demand without a permanent sidebar. The collection drawer has clearer colored section headings, smaller links, and no hover fills or colored borders. The GitHub link is labeled Open in git. Dark and light themes, hidden scrollbar tracks, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support remain.

The lead paper's illustrative river-quality journey now states that the assigned reviewer may be human or AI, subject to task-specific qualification and any independence requirements. It does not assume human sign-off or equate a second AI opinion with qualified or independent review. This clarification is included in the website, individual paper, and collected volume.

Publication edition 2026.10.3

The collection menu slides in and out on desktop and mobile. It supports a close button, click-away dismissal, Escape, contained keyboard focus, and page contents on narrow screens. Scrollbar tracks are hidden throughout the website while wheel, touch, and keyboard scrolling remain available. Reduced-motion preferences remove the drawer animation.

The complete review package includes a reading guide and instructions for opening the included website privately. The Downloads page explains how a chosen peer can review the papers and source without a GitHub account. The research arguments, disclosure scope, and rights are unchanged.

Publication edition 2026.10.2

The website uses Cuttlefish's cyan and teal accents, clean sans-serif headings, and restrained rectangular controls. Dark mode opens with a soft black reading background. The sun and moon button switches themes and remembers the selection across pages and visits. Search, tables, navigation, and figures follow the chosen theme; keyboard users can operate the same control.

The Downloads page brings together every paper, PDF, reference page, and complete release package. The research arguments and disclosure scope are unchanged.

Publication edition 2026.10.1

This revision improves the reading experience across all sixteen papers and the shared reference pages. Abstracts state each paper's contribution directly; evidence sections distinguish open research questions from established results. Repeated preparation notes and overlapping qualifications have been consolidated without changing the conceptual disclosure scope.

Each paper now offers its PDF beside the opening metadata. The evidence overview uses a compact diagram in print and responsive cards on the website. All PDFs, the collected volume, citation metadata, and downloadable website identify this revision consistently.

PDF headings stay with their tables, and figures stay with their captions. Links to collection material outside an individual PDF open the source at this edition's GitHub tag, including during private review.

This edition establishes a single reading route across two lead publications and fourteen topic papers, with a shared glossary, bibliography, evidence overview, research agenda, and review guide. The source works retain their independent version lines and authority scopes.

The public presentation is restricted to research exposition. Proprietary implementation-enabling material is withheld. Evidence and proposed relationships are described at the level actually available for review.

Website pages and downloadable editions are generated from the same maintained Markdown. Publication changes are recorded here; changes to source-system obligations require separate, explicitly versioned adoption.
